Capturing Memories: The Impact of 360 Photo Booths at COS Student Senate’s Spring Gala

The College of the Sequoias Student Senate made a splash this year with its 2nd Annual Spring Gala, hosted at the beautiful Porter Field House on the Visalia Campus. Themed "Under the Sea," the event brought students, staff, and guests together for a magical evening filled with color, music, dancing, and unforgettable memories.

The venue was transformed into an ocean-inspired wonderland, complete with stunning decorations that captured the elegance and mystery of the deep sea. From glowing coral centerpieces to soft blue lighting, every detail was carefully curated to transport guests into an underwater celebration.

The night featured delicious food, great company, and nonstop entertainment. DJ Brett Kennedy of Platinum Sounds kept the energy high playing the hits for the night with a perfect mix of music that had everyone on the dance floor.

360 Photo Booth Fun

Adding even more fun to the evening were the interactive photo experiences. Guests captured memories with traditional photo booth provided by Platinum Sounds and let loose on Nu-Clear Vision Media’s 360 Photo Booth — a huge hit throughout the night. Students showed off their best moves, twirls, and poses, all recorded in stunning 360-degree fashion. These interactive moments were a highlight of the evening and a perfect way to remember such a vibrant celebration.

Not only was the night filled with fun, but it was also filled with purpose. Proceeds from the event were donated to support Habitat for Humanity's wildfire relief efforts in Los Angeles, proving that the COS community knows how to party with heart. Giving back while coming together made this event even more meaningful.
