Cancellation Policy

PHOTO BOOTH POLICY Service NCVM Photo Booth Fun (“Provider”) will provide services and upgrades listed on the invoice. “Action time” is when the booth is open; setup and breakdown are separate. Setup Client must provide access 2 hours before action time for a DSLR or standalone 360 booth and 3 hours before a DSLR/360 combination. Late access may reduce action time without changing the end time. Earlier wedding setup is a flat $200 add-on, subject to availability, and adds no action time. Access, Space & Power Client must provide loading access, required passes, level space and a grounded 110–120V outlet. Space: DSLR 10' x 8' with 8' clearance; 360 booth 12' x 12'. Outdoor service requires firm ground, overhead protection and an indoor backup. Provider may stop service for unsafe conditions without refund. Payment A $120 non-refundable retainer reserves the date and applies to the total. Balance is due 72 hours before the event. The invoice controls pricing and inclusions. Custom items are non-refundable once production begins. Changes & Cancellation Rescheduling is subject to availability and price changes. If canceled more than 20 days before the event, Provider retains the retainer and custom costs; other eligible payments are refunded. If canceled 20 days or fewer before the event, payments made are non-refundable. Notice must be written. Images & Internet Consent is required before Provider uses a guest’s identifiable image in advertising; guardian consent is required for minors. Instant sharing depends on internet/cellular service. If unavailable, eligible images will be delivered within 7 days. Safety, Damage & Liability Client is responsible for damage caused by Client, guests or vendors. Provider may stop service without refund for harassment, illegal activity or unsafe conduct. If equipment failure causes substantial lost action time, Provider’s responsibility is limited to a prorated refund. Where allowed by law, Provider is not liable for indirect damages, and total liability will not exceed the amount paid. Force Majeure & Law Neither party is responsible for events beyond reasonable control. The parties will try to reschedule. If impossible, Provider may retain completed-work and custom costs and refund any eligible remainder. This policy and invoice are the entire agreement. California law governs; if one term is unenforceable, the rest remains effective.
