Capture the energy, moments, and memories of your event with Nu-Clear Vision Media’s professional event photography. Whether you're hosting a corporate function, milestone celebration, or community gathering, our experienced photographers document your special day with creativity, clarity, and care. You'll receive a curated online gallery of high-quality, edited images that are perfect for sharing, printing, or promoting your next big event.
Cancellation Policy
Service The Provider will arrive 60-90 minutes before the start time. If an earlier setup is needed, an extra $75 per hour applies. The booth will operate at least 85% of the event, allowing for maintenance. Access, Space & Power The Client must provide event access, necessary tickets, and venue space. Required space: 10’ x 8’ x 8’ (standard booth) or 12’ x 12’ (360 booth). A dedicated 110V, 5-amp power source is required. Outdoor setups need full overhead coverage and stable ground. Payment Terms Service Fee: As listed in the Client’s invoice. Only outlined services are included. Retainer: 25% deposit due upon booking, non-refundable if canceled. Remaining Balance: Due 72 hours before the event. Photo & Video Release Guests using the booth grant the Provider permission to use their photos/videos for promotion. Internet Access For instant sharing, the Provider relies on T-Mobile network access. If unavailable, digital copies will be delivered within seven days post-event. Liability & Indemnity The Provider is not liable for emotional distress, lost profits, injuries, or damages. Change of Date If rescheduled, the Provider will try to accommodate. If unavailable, the Client forfeits the retainer or 25% of the fee. Price changes may apply if rescheduled into a new calendar year. Cancellation Policy After 20 days: The client forfeits 25% of the total fee + all custom orders. Within 20 days of the event: No cancellations or refunds. Custom Orders: If paid for, the Client receives completed custom products. Force Majeure: Neither party is responsible for failures due to natural disasters, war, fire, or other uncontrollable events. The Provider keeps 25% of the service fee for the value received. Damage to Equipment The Client is responsible for damage caused by misuse. The Provider may deny service to unruly guests. Safe Work Environment The Client must ensure a harassment-free, safe environment for the Provider’s team. If safety concerns arise, the Provider may terminate services immediately without refund. Agreement Modifications This contract supersedes all prior agreements. Changes must be in writing and signed by both parties. Governing Law This Agreement is governed by the laws of California. If any part is deemed invalid, the remaining terms stay enforceable.
